Hamper Town holds the right to amend, modify, alter, adjust, vary all or any of it's terms of use or terms & conditions at any time, at it's sole discretion.

Hamper Town however it is the sole responsibility of the end user to keep themselves updated with these modifications.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that such information is untrue, Hamper Town has the right to suspend or terminate your account & refuse any or all current or future use of the site &/or it's services.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

The price of all products, delivery charges & any other applicable charges are displayed in Indian Rupees. These prices are current at the time of display but are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of all the products on our website but due to differences in lighting & camera resolution, a slight difference may be expected.

Please note that if any offers or discount codes are provided to you, only one such code is applicable per order.

6. TAXES

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees, costs & charges along with all applicable taxes associated with the purchase of products from us.

7. PAYMENT 

​

Payment must be made at the time the products are ordered. When you place an order you will be automatically redirected to the secure Razorpay website for you to complete payment. We do not keep a record of your credit card details.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

a. Cancellation by Hamper Town!​

Hamper Town holds the right to cancel your order for any reason like unavailability of raw material or inability to meet a requested timeline. If you have already been charged for your order that is cancelled by us, the amount will be reversed to you.

b. Cancellation by you.

​

We request you to get in touch with us to discuss a possibility of cancellation since we may have already incurred a cost in processing your order. ​

9. DISCLAIMER

​

You acknowledge that you are accessing the services on the site, and transacting at your own risk. While the products & services are made & provided to you with quality raw materials & utmost care, we are not liable for any harm caused by the use of our products.

10. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

It shall be our endeavor to satisfactorily resolve any such complaints at the earliest.
